Just read this from Barrett's site...maybe some insight that Barrett isn't looking to stay at Avenue Q after is contract is up??? Maybe?

Avenue Q is my favorite show but I hope that Barrett finds something new after his contract is up. I hope it's something in a totally new direction. A real acting stretch. Unfortunately, all the good roles are in shows that have closed. P. Diddy in Raisin in the Sun or Jim Dale's role in Candid. Maybe he could take over for Megan Hilty in Wicked. I think Barrett would make a real pretty girl. All he needs is a good shave and a choker to hide his adams apple. Then he and Shoshana would be reunited again. Oh and Rue, don't forget B's famous stint with Rue McClanahan at Pittsburg Civic Light in Bye Bye Birdie!
