I don't really like the unbalanced schedule in general. It gives teams like the Twins, who play in a really pathetic division, an unfair advantage.

Yeah...I think they could use a revamping of their scheduling.
Oh, and did you hear that Pedro's refusing to accept his World Series ring? I don't know if it's for real, or if someone's just blowing comments out of proportion, but if that's for real...Good ridance! I was hoping he'd get singed to the Yankees. It would have been fun to see him on a team that wouldn't put up w/ all his SH*T. Sure he's good, and he was fun to watch on the bench (I loved it when he'd break out his big red mittens in the fall!) but he was more trouble than he was worth, and I really think he's on his way downhill!

I think Boston's got a problem with its aces. First Clemens, and now Pedro. You could say a man named Ruth provided the precedent. :P
But admittedly, while Ruth and Clemens had their bad tendencies, Pedro is downright weird. I mean, the guy had a good-luck midget.

What is up w/ Gameday??? It's been up saying "run-scoring play" for Nixon for the past 5 minutes. What happened?!?!?! The bases were loaded. It could be anything! Come on people!

Well, they finally updated the Sox page. I guess Nixon tied it up on a groundout, then Manny struck out leaving two men in scoring position. Blech.

Funny...I thought pitchers often did well in April. I guess some guys don't like cold weather.

What the hell?!?!? ESPN's supposed to be airing the game this afternoon. Instead they just finished showing some crazy intereview w/ Andre Agasi where they asked him how much he weighs, what his favorite sports movie is, and where his favorite spot to go fishing is. Now, they're doing the top 5 reasons not to blame Steve Bartman for the Cubs loss two years ago. Are they trying to torture me?!?!? It's working!!!

I'm so confused. Why, why, why isn't it on ESPN right now? It's supposed to be on. I just double checked on espn.com, and it says Red Sox/Yanks 3-6? I don't care about Bartman! I guess they're supposed to be showing ring ceremony stuff at twenty to 4. *sigh* Back to Gameday.
