Before/After Diet Pictures...quite humorous...

Before/After Diet Pictures...quite humorous...

...I've been "yo-yo dieting" a lot these past few years and I finally lost weight in 2003 (Atkins). I gained a few pounds back...and I've been on and off. I'm currently on a..not really strict diet and I've lost 19 pounds since May 10th. Before/After Diet Pictures...quite humorous... These 2 pictures show the difference...the first one is me after 6th grade (before Atkins) and then the next me (10th grade, sorry, I'm only a sophomore.)...as of yesterday. Do yall have any pictures like mine?...without the stupid smile in the 2nd one. That was actually taken for a joke for one of my friends.

Awesome. One day when I feel brave I will post my before and after pictures with Atkins. I lost almost 100lbs.
Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

My before and after pictures with Atkins are disgusting. It's an almost 40 pound difference, and I'm not brave enough to post them.
I have my books and my poetry to protect me...

Well that and I don't actually have an up to date photo or a digital camera.

look at the jaw, he's the younger one........it's the same jaw, or else he was a VERY old 6th grader

I could post my 35 lb weight loss -- but I'm embarassed.

Anyone care to share horror stories of how they got back on track...after falling off the horse, again and again..

On the left is early-2004 me. Ugh. I'm not sure how much I weighed then, but eventually I made it all the way to 167 pounds. Late last year, I finally decided to get thinner. I stopped eating junk food (and portioned my meals). Mid-2005 me is on the right (all dressed up to go see Millie at NSMT, a few weeks ago). I weigh 130 pounds (technically 135 right now, but that's because I'm retaining water like crazy).

cool :) good for you! you look great in the second photo, and so do you Mythus.

I have pictures like that, but in a different way... I was 85 pounds (I was REALLY sick then) at the begining of my senior year of high school, and now it's a year and a half, three hospitalizations, and two surgeries later and I'm 112. still not great but I'm proud of myself for getting healthier.
I'm embassased to post my pics of when I was that skinny though.
