Lately I've been thinking about the shows I used to love as a kid. What do you guys think are the best kiddie shows of all time?
Muppet Babies (where are the DVDs?!?!?)
Rugrats
Doug (Some of the best songs to ever come out of a TV show. "Bangin' on a Trash Can" anyone?"
Lamb Chop's Play-Along
Fairly Odd Parents (I'm 23 and I think this show is hysterical.)
Let's reminisce :)
Uncle Jocko's
The Mickey Mouse Club (1955 and 1977)
Zoom
H.R. Pufnstuf
The Bugaloos
Lidsville

Schoolhouse Rock
Fat Albert & the Cosby Kids
Groovie Goolies
Lancelot Link, Secret Chimp
Land of the Lost
Pee-Wee's Playhouse
Sesame Street is and will always be the best kid's show of all time.
Loved Doug back in the day, though. The Beets are definitely on my iPod.
Me too, scott. I LOVE Bangin' on a Trash Can.
I adore Rocko's Modern Life.
I remember watching Schoolhouse Rock in my English class. My sister and I still sing the adjectives song. It's so cute!
Land of the Lost
Great Space Coaster
The Muppet Show
Big Comfy Couch
Hug-a-bug club
"Under the Umbrella Tree"
"Fraggle Rock"
I loved "Rocko's Modern Life". It's also awesome and funny that The B-52's sing the theme song.
I always liked SIGMUND AND THE SEA MONSTER.. mostly because I liked Mary Wickes.

It's all coming back to me now...
Winchell-Mahoney Time
Paul Tripp's Birthday House

Damn I watched a lot of TV growing up!
BFB,
You're singing "Memories like the corners of my mind...."

THANKS!!!

Came across an old VHS of Zoobilee Zoo the other day. I used to watch that tape over and over and over.
definitely have to agree with Gummi Bears
for some reason, Strawberry Shortcake sticks out in my mind. I think i might have had a lesbian crush on her when i was young. weird.
did anyone watch David the Gnome when they were younger?
Muppet Babies (where are the DVDs?!?!?)
They can't be released on DVD because they used so many movie clips that they don't have the distribution rights for.
You can find a few episodes posted on YouTube.
I also used to wait impatiently each week for the BEATLES CARTOONS on Saturday mornings.
Captain Kangaroo
Romper Room
original Mickey Mouse Show
The Banana Splits
The Beagles
Archie
The Sandy Becker Show
Paul Winchell and Jerry Mahoney
Wonderama
Let's Have Fun
Well, there was the trio of Disney cartoons I loved.
'Duck Tales' - just a classic!
'Chip 'n' Dale's Rescue Rangers' - brilliant! Awesome theme tune, and I had a weird crush on Gadget too. XD
'Tale Spin' - I loved it when I was a kid, but I don't think I properly got it. I'd love to watch it again now.
Then a load of other stuff. I wonder how much crossover there is between what I was watching in the UK when I was a kid and what you were watching in the US?
'Mysterious Cities Of Gold'
'Dungeons & Dragons'
'Dogtanian & The Three Muskehounds'
'Around The World With Willy Fogg'
'Danger Mouse'
'Defenders Of The Earth'
'The Raccoons'
'Brave Starr' (I blame this show for getting me into robot horses)
Sometimes I go YouTube surfing. I watch all the opening sequences, and go "I remember that one!", then click the next one, and just let the day pass me by as I relive my misspent youth. Ahhh, bliss. ^_^
