Jane you ignorant slut. Phyllis has openly talked about his cancer and his one ball. I am not bringing up anything new here. I seriously meant no offense and I hope he knows that. I am just responding to his on line patter. I can be as bitchy as he is and even more.

Because for over 50 years I watched my sister suffer from mental illness. It's heart breaking and my heart breaks for them.. In case you don't know it, people who strike out to hurt someone else are the ones that are hurting.

I was amongst the first to give my regards to your sister. Sometimes people strike out to be hurtful for fun. This poster has admitted to this. Why give him the sympathy you give your sister? Quite frankly, he makes mockery of it.

And I appreciate your thoughts for my sister, Ghostlight.

If someone thinks it's fun to strike out and hurt someone, then they indeed have a problem. One that can escalate to actual killing animals, and such. Not to say that this is the situation here, but it's a beginning.

I have sympathy for anyone with mental illness, not just this poster.

And to answer your question, I don't think a message board is capable of helping cure mental illness, but if it makes him happy to receive replies, yes, I'm glad to give him a moment's peace.

This is mostly an exercise in futility, but you think that it is a good thing to reply to a mentally ill person who is admittedly posting in order to cause chaos and pain?

If someones innocuous postings on this board is causing you "chaos and pain" then you really need to get help. You have some bigger issues.

I'm done responding to a troll who admits he's jerking off to the responses of others by annoying them. Giving soda and cigarettes to your disabled sister is one thing. Theaternut mocking a cancer survivor he does;t even know on the internet just for his own pleasure is quite another.

I'm sad to see you feel this way, Jane (and I see you edited your post so Lord knows what you originally said or why, especially since you originally thanked me). My point was that I understand why you'd give your beloved sister anything she wanted under her trying circumstances, but not why you'd gratify a complete stranger who has admitted that he does this for fun. It's a mockery of the truly mentally ill. Cheapens their illness.

I expressed concern for you and condolences for your sister and you don't want me to address you ever again (a very bizarre request to make on a public message board), but an admitted troll calling you "an ignorant slut" and Phyllis a "one-balled wonder" puts a "smile on your face" and "is funny"?.

I fail to see your logic - but no worries, I'll honor your strange request. You really seem to have some screwed up priorities and your behavior towards me has been very erratic (even in this thread alone). It would have been nicer had you pm'd to me the above message rather than a public admonishment (for what, I'm not sure), as I would responded privately, but you don't accept pms.

I hope your sister has found peace and I hope you do too. Have a nice life.
