If the wine was "rancid" how did you drink it? You obviously did because you said you threw it up (sorry to be gross). You should have said it was unacceptable and they would have replaced it.

I was with a large group of people. I didn't want to look bad.
It did not taste rancid until later this morning when i got sick.
It was not great but i did not know it was rancid until this morning.
I guess i will start speaking up in the future.

Wasn't there an episode of The Golden Girls where Sophia put a pinch of salt in a glass of wine and then spit it out and made the waitor taste it. When he realized the wine was bad he gave her the meal for free?
