There are many members of BWW.com who (shall remain nameless) continually shill and promote themselves...

I'm not talking about those who are legitamately pushing an appearance (read robbiej, amneris), but instead those who are attempting to preen in an environment where just about any personal announcement is met with unconditional praise. [not necessarily a bad thing, just unique]

This is a place to post anything you like, and we will see to it that you get the recognition you so dearly deserve.

Examples...
"My iguana turned 1 today!"
"My sister is a drunk"
"Theatre is only good in Peoria, because I'm there!"

Am I one of the culprits because I sometimes mention my art? If so, it's not very good self promotion as I've never told anyone where to purchase it. Maybe I should use this thread and really promote it.

Ah, I get what you're doing now.

I'm doing a show in the suburbs of Boston. We open Friday and I would just love it if evereyone reading this could hop a plane and come to our little community theater.

My BF bought a condo on the beach in the town where I live. Soon we'll be able to see each other more frequently.

"The Lion King" in the fall for 5 1/2 weeks!!!

Today my kid was accepted, as a musical theater major, into a college that she really wants to attend. I am very happy. (Tomorrow I will be a little less happy when I start trying to figure out how to foot the bill...)
