Well, I say it with a smile. I figure most people here know I'm gay, and most people should know about the blood policies, especially if they've given before.

Oh Phyllis-you should only know what a chapter that would be-I had it for a year-the worst case on the books.

Oh-and they kept trying to make me say I had sex with gay guys because they couldn't figure out how I got it.

Yeah, they were pathetic. When I kept insisting that I did not have sex with gay men, they then tried to get me to say I shared drug needles with them.

Eventually I learned that I had halothane hepatitis. A lab worker spilled the beans by mistake.

Lied on my form in high school to donate blood (I'm not going to lie. Getting out of Trig did factor into my decision making). I think that that rule is stupid and outdated, and it really should be changed.
