It was constantly on the board a month ago, but has disappeared since then.

Considering it's playing at near-capacity, and is closing in 2 months, don't count on it being at TKTS ever, and I wouldn't expect any discounts, either. I'd go see it ASAP, since tickets will be harder and harder to get as the closing date approaches.

They don't have a lottery but I got $30 rush tickets (rear mezz) about a month ago...

I saw BFO last week and enjoyed it even more than the first time I saw it back in December. I sat in Row AA each time and it is wonderful sitting so close to the stage. The closest seats we could get were for Row C for a Weds. evening performance in mid August and they cost $250. each. Just one more time.

250 each?
Are you serious?

Corine, I am serious. I'm paying for priority seating as I need to sit close to the stage.

There are some discounts available, that's how my friend bought tickets.

We saw the show a few months back, Hugh Jackman was so nice afterwards, he signed our Playbills and joked when my pen ran out of ink..

The show has a wonderful chorus, I loved the boy on the piano!

They do have a student discount policy-$30.25 rear mezz seats for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday performances only. You can buy up to 4 per ID, up to 1 week in advance. However, it's subject to availability, so considering how well the show has been doing lately you might have a hard time getting tickets.

Last I heard on one of the boards, BFO isn't offering the student discount anymore.

And I had seats in rear mezz, and I wasn't thrilled. Everything's really SMALL. Bring binoculars. Maybe I'm spoiled since I normally spring on the best seats available, but I screwed myself over by going through TKTS. The day before, there were orch seats available, so when I went on the day of at around the same time, I was expecting similar seats but rear mezz was the only thing left. *sigh*

On the bright side, I told Hugh Jackman that I'd love him to take me down to brown down (an SNL joke), so it still made my night. L)
