Britney Spears...do you like her music?

I was obsessed with this woman for 5 frickin' years. Then I decided to "give her up". I stopped listening to her music for a while...(about a year) but recently I've been finding myself liking her music again...oh god. It's just...so catchy!

Obviously, she's not much of a singer, but she's a great entertainer. I don't know about her anymore...but about 3 years ago she was quite entertaining. Britney Spears...do you like her music?

Do you like or not like Britney as an entertainer?

"Hit Me Baby One More Time" is good fun, but the rest.....UGH!!!

I wouldn't really call her much of an entertainer. The concerts I've seen on HBO have been downright embarassing.

However, I do like several of her songs as guilty pleasures.

Yes. I was a Britney freak when she first came onto the scene. I am no longer obsessive about her, but I do occasionally pop in a Britney CD or something. I think she is a wonderful performer with great stage presence. She's not a singer, but she definitely puts on an entertaining show.

..I would say she's better live...but I honestly wouldn't know....seeing how my seats 3 years ago were 2nd to last row *behind stage* in the American Airlines Center...

But there was a huge flame from the stage that I could feel even though I was that high/far away! It was awesome...

*lol...literally*

And while I'll never admit this to any "real life" friends...

...I dance around in my underwear to "Toxic". God, I love that song.

Wouldn't call myself a fan, but I can't lie, I love Crazy and Toxic.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

If you bring this up in NYC, Mabel, I will deny it and swear to everyone that you've lost your marbles.

Aigoo, and remember when "Crazy" came out? And everyone was doing the bouncy/hand-movement "I played with your heart...got lost in the game..." combo? Ohh...good times. But nothing beats "Toxic".

Well, you best go edit that post, because I'm going to print it out and bring it w/ us to MSG on Saturday, so that Ellie can have endless fodder for being snarky at you!!!

You've got 2 minutes!

Damn right.

Everyone altogether now! With a taste of your lips, I'm on a ride...You're toxic, I'm slipping under...With a taste of your poison paradise...I'm addicted to you, don't you know that you're to-ox-ic?

Dammit, Tiff! I'm at work! I do not need trampy pix of Mrs. Federline popping up on my screen...I know, this is a big ol' invite for more, trashier pix, so I think I'll be avoiding this thread like the plague.

Trashier pics than Britney in a see-through bodysuit??

It's okay, I'm bowing out semi-graciously at this point. My Britney fascination is limited to "Toxic" and "Toxic" only. *fingers crossed*
