"I feel like I'm missing out on life!"
What was the movie she mentioned? I couldn't catch it. And who is watching the kid? I wonder if this was done after she found out she was pregnant again...
"What was the movie she mentioned?"
At first, I thought I heard SPAWN, but that movie came out, like, ten years ago. Now, I believe they're referring to SPUN, which starred John Leguizamo and was release over two years ago. I think this was filmed around the same time, shortly after she met Kevin. She still had her pre-natal figure.

SPUN also stars Britney Murphey, Mickey Rourke and Jason Schwartzman.
It's one of my favorites.

I liked it too, Fiction Writer. I thought I was the only one. Everyone else seems to only care about the "sock" scene.
Re your signature: I didn't know you auditioned for American Idol? That's cool. And yes, you and Ivan are hot!!!
You are mistaken. We went to support our friend Deanna, who didn't make it.
It was a fun experience though. Rick Lyons and whoever played Kate Monster/Lucy T Slut came, in costume, and joked around. Of course, the woman brought Lucy and not Kate. That was fun.
Was this last year? I'm guessing you're referring to the AVENUE Q Vegas cast. Correct me if I'm wrong. Sounds like it was a blast. Sorry about your friend.
Yeah, I'm talking about the Vegas cast.
It was very fun.

This was apparently after a long night of partying with the hubby. I sure hope that coffee was at least decaf.
She does remember she's pregnant, right?
Maybe she just thinks she's gotten fat.
Not to threadjack, but who's that hot Asian couple in your av, FW?
I'm not Asian.
That's me and my fiance.
"Stop looking through the peephole"
What an idiot
"I'm not Asian."
That's what I tell people all the time. I'm a Guatemalan of Spanish and Maya Indian descent (a Mestizo), but a lot of people mistake me for Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.
Funny story. A few years back, my brother (who looks more Hispanic, I guess) and I were walking back to my apartment nearby from a Chinese restaurant (oddly enough) when this really old woman suddenly stopped me in the street and asked, "Are you from Vietnam?" My brother still laughs about it.

Every time she says, "Huh?" I die a little inside.
I've never heard the term "Mestizo" before.
Not to sound ignorant, but aren't most Hispanic people some kind of Spanish/Native American Indian descent?
Even I have Native American in me, very little though.
"Mestizo" is someone of mixed indigenous and Spanish ancestry. The term "Ladino" is also often used. In Guatemala, there are three so-called "races" of people. The white Europeans (minority and ruling class), the Ladinos (like myself), and the Indians (or Inditos, as they're called). The Indians are the majority, but they're often treated like second-class citizens. They have quite a history of being persecuted, harassed, and masscred en masse by the government.
Yes, a lot of Hispanics from Central or South America are Mestizo. Some Latin countries don't even have an Indian population anymore; they'd been completely wiped out over the centuries. And some countries, like Argentina, are melting pots, like the USA. Thus, you may meet an Argentinean with the name Juan Krakowski.
And that concludes today's lesson of Latin American history.
