I was flipping channels and ran across it. I knew it would be bad, but it was embarrassing even for UPN. Horible camera work, stupid conversations, even really awful lypsynched "Performances". It was so amatuerish I'm really suprised a TV network would show it.

The only time I've ever seen her speak on camera is in the clip that Michael Moore used in Farenheit 9/11. She was mumbling something about supporting Bush - and Mr. Moore used it specifically to show just how stupid you need to be to buy into all that crap. She fulfilled the stupid role completely - frighteningly so. I couldn't help but wonder how this particular idiot has ended up as the icon of a generation.

Joshua - that may very well be. As I said, that's the only time I've ever actually seen her. But from that particular clip, if she does have any intelligence, she hides it extremely well.

DGrant, it's because, like Madonna, she puts on a helluva live performance, not to mention some kickass videos. She has charisma onstage, and the paparazzi has blown her up in the same way they did Madonna years ago. As far as intelligence, from all I've seen, her education was never first in her parents' mind. They saw dollar signs and went full steam ahead.
I'm sorry I missed this - I didn't get home in time. I did see them on Ellen yesterday, and Britney looks FANTASTIC. Pregnancy really agrees with her. Kevin was making me sick, howoever, with his hand constantly on her thigh - pretty high up it, in fact...

I watched it, it was somewhat entertaining. At least Britney displays a bit of personality and doesn't speak in the same tone with no vocal inflections at all like Paris Hilton.

Britney came across as just really goofy and sweet, at least she doesn't take herself and her image that seriously! It was nice seeing her treat her assistants as friends. As for Kevin, he still makes me sick but at least we have proof that he bathes!!
