Sephora brushes shed terribly, though, and the ferrule comes loose relatively quickly. They also tend to hold onto more product than they distribute, and they are very uneven in their application, particularly their medium-angled eyeshadow brushes and the extra-large powder brushes.
if you want REALLY good, high-quality brushes that will last nearly forever (with proper care), look at Shu Uemura. His brushes absolutely cannot be beaten, and they are available at most Sephoras.
