I was watching old Spin City episodes the other day and it was the Mayor's 50th birthday and they were creating a video of people wiching the mayor happy birthday.there was a Rent cameo, with Anthony, Daphne, and Wilson.
Can anyone think of other random Broadway Cameos on sit-coms? Thanks!

deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say
browsing on spire and bogland; but today
our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.

On Frasier - these performers were not cameos, but had recurring roles:
Edward Hibbert - Gil Chesterton
Harriet Sansom Harris - Frasier's agent, can't think of character's name
Marsha Mason - Sherry, Martin's girlfriend
Anthony LaPaglia - Daphne's brother
Brian Stokes Mitchell - Cam, Frasier's neighbor
Forgot Bebe Neuwirth as Lilith Sternin Crane
On a sad note - David Angell, one of the producers, was on American Airlines Flight 11 that crashed into the towers on 9/11

The Nanny-Carol Channing, Chita, Marvin Hamlish...there's gotta be more, Max was a Broadway Producer after all
Will and Grace had a ton as well. Taye Diggs, Bernadette, Chita, James Earl Jones, Patti Lupone, Bebe, and Megan Mullally, but she doesn't really count.

Although not a sitcom, Roger Bart was creepy pharmacist George on Desperate Housewives.
Nathan Lane was on episodes of "Sex and the City", "Mad About You", and "Frasier". IMDB says his character's name was Phil, but I don't remember if he was actually on the show or one of Frasier's "guest callers".

Julia Murney has been on all three Law and Orders, but you have to watch closely for her SVU...she's not credited anywhere. Sadly, I forgot the name of the episode.
Jeff Blumenkratz was on Will and Grace and Conviction.
Greg Jbara was a judge on the same episode of Conviction Jeff was in.
