re: BroadwayWorld Member 'Survivor' Official Thread

P.S. TX,
You played a good game. TOO Good. Sorry to see you go. See you around BroadwayWorld.
"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

thanx Justice, the game was fun.
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys. "I guarantee that we'll have tough times. I guarantee that at some point one or both of us will want to get out. But I also guarantee that if I don't ask you to be mine, I'll regret it for the rest of my life..."

FINAL ROUND
'Survivor' Official Thread" src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v260/ckeaton/OTSurvivorQuestionJPG.jpg>

You have 15 minutes to complete this challenge.

This challenge has several elements.

Broadway knowledge, Internet savvy, Speed, Endurance, and Creativity are all parts of the ultimate BroadwayWorld.com Member Survivor.

Part A)

Locate as many broadway star middle names as possible... To submit an entry, we need the full name and a source to verify.
For instance:
Tracy "Jai" Edwards (http://tracyjaiedwards.tripod.com)

Part B)
Answer the following questions correctly.
1. Provide the total weekly gross (April 4-10) for Broadway's Spamalot.

2. Provide the total weekly gross (March 28 - April 3) for Broadway's All Shook Up.

In the event of a tie, the first survivor to respond wins.

The results should be posted on this thread. But be careful, don't post too early!

Survivor's ready... Go!

re: BroadwayWorld Member 'Survivor' Official Thread

i'm kinda glad not to have to do this challenge. The middle name thing could get exhausting! But the fifteen minute limit should help...

re: BroadwayWorld Member 'Survivor' Official Thread

Endurance is a key aspect of the game. :)

(I think this was implied but each correct middle name is worth 1 point. Each correct gross is worth 1 point. Most points win.)

Did you want their shows?
"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." re: BroadwayWorld Member 'Survivor' Official Thread

No, one of the aspects that was required was the source. (This was an equalizer. Someone who knows 100 names, would have to go look them up for a source... whereas someone who doesn't know any would have to look them up in the first place) #1Elphie got around it in a tricky way.

Um...so I lost?

re: BroadwayWorld Member 'Survivor' Official Thread

I really hate to call it on a technicality after all of this, but based on the timing of the post... Justice is ineligible based on an 8:02:04 submission time.

The lack of sources is a problem as well, but I will disqualify that aspect of the game, since neither of you followed the request, even with the sample given.

Congratulations to #1Elphie.
