"Authorities say it all started when a Lexus slammed into a Prius that had stopped or slowed down on the highway.
The reality TV star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" was driving a black Cadillac Escalade hauling an off-road vehicle when he rear-ended the Lexus.
The Lexus was pushed into the path of a Hummer, causing a head-on collision."

Initial reports were just that Bruce hit the Lexus because ultimately, that's what happened. Even if the Lexus hit the Prius first, how fast did Bruce have to be going to hit the Lexus, which was not in motion, as it had already rear-ended the Prius, to push it with enough force to push it across an entire lane of traffic? The Lexus hitting the Prius is pretty much irrelevant, isn't it? She would have been at fault for the fender-bender, but Bruce is at fault for the larger accident. You are almost always at fault when you strike a car from behind. He may have very well been distracted by "journalists," but that doesn't alleviate fault. Surely there is video of the incident. The goddamn photographers were all over the place.

Jenner must be in anguish over this, that he may have involuntarily caused this woman's death, it must be horrible to have that possibility hanging over one's head.

Posted: 2/10/15 at 12:28pmI stand very corrected. Sadly, it seems like Jenner cut right to try to avoid the car and in doing so, caused it to go into the oncoming lane. There's no way he could have foreseen that. I hope it's just proven to be a freak accident.
