That was one of the more bizarre moments in this campaign.
EDIT: Obviously, I'm not sniping at your answer, YWIT. Wright is the only name the comes to mind. It's the only name the Republicans know besides Ayers.

Larry King had plenty of time to do this last night but let McCain go on and on.
This entire talking point wreaks of LEGIT anti-Semitism. John McCain is really on a slippery slope here, he went down this road earlier this year with Bush. You CANNOT bring up divisive tactics concerning Israel and not expect backlash from the media and many politicians. This idea that Americans would be voting for someone who isn't FOR Israel will not sit with the vast majority in Washington. Espcially when he is the front-runner and to boot it's just not true.
Fortunately Obama will probably not even need Florida. McCain does, and he will stop at apparently nothing to scare those people into voting for him. But the last thing supporters of Israel need is Americans voting for OR against politicians that stand for Israel.

Of course, the Obama campaign is neither confirming nor denying the rumor, and when asked, Obama said he is focusing on the moment, responding, "I'm trying to win an election". That response describes the rumors very well.

Frankly I don't think Obama has anything to worry about. The media WILL NOT tolerate this.
The irony is that John McCain is the anti-Semite for assuming that all Jewish voters in Florida/Pennsylvania are stupid enough to believe his lies. It's not like any of this means anything the rest of the electorate.
