Just got home after a minor car accident. Some idiot driving a taxi express back up into me as I was turning left.

He admitted fault, and has insurance, and no one is hurt. And, I have witnesses to back me up. So, all things considered, things could be worse. But, what a ****ty way to start the weekend.

I have been a passenger in a car that was t-boned. While no one was hurt, it was extremely disconcerting. I think I was still shaking hours later.

Yeah, just annoyed. All things considered, I am pretty lucky. To be hit in downtown LA,and have it be by a registered driver with insurance who does not flee the scene (and to have a supporting witness), just about unbelievable.

I am glad my car is somewhat sturdy. It sounded much worse than the actual damage.
