Sole is also nice grilled in the oven with a little fresh thyme.
I'm cooking a large batch of bolognese sauce at the moment. Enough to put quite a few serves in the freezer. I can be a lazy cook after that.

We're on the home stretch to the weekend. Of course, all of those people on vacation in far off places wouldn't know anything about that, would they?

Really! Apparently I missed the memo that this was THE week to take vacation!
I just checked the Cash for Clunkers program out, and put my car into the calculator. Just my luck, it doesn't qualify!
