BWG, how you be? C11 is back at school and the girls start next week, it will be interesting to see how C14 adjusts to high school. This is just not right! I am a young man, I do not have two in high school!!!!!!

Today I have no gray hairs!!!

A funny story in the Brd house is that C11 decided that he was a little chunky, and modified his diet and lost 9 pounds! There are weight restictions for football positions that he can play, and on his own he planned his own weight loss.

Mrs. Brd remains a fit and gorgeous woman. She would like to return to a full time job, but she has a B.S. in Theatre. I guess we are both qualified to make 5 bucks a night as an usher?

This is the summer of work that just never ends. Ever.

I had been HOPING to maybe, just maybe, take a Summer Friday tomorrow. My one and only. After working 12-13+ hour days every single day this summer. But, now, because of circumstances beyond my control (someone else being out next week and a project that involves them which has to be wrapped up), it looks like I'll be in the office.

I had really been looking to one day to just put my feet up! Especially since my Saturday plans are taking my car in for repair (got a flat on Route 78 last Sunday - on a brand new tire!) and getting root canal. I'm not kidding.

Good times.

I just smile and keep looking toward the future.

I saw JULIE & JULIA last night and love it. Just loved it. It was a wonderful and much-needed escape. We then went out for French food and enjoyed every buttery bite! Butter is good. I am pretending I am in Paris eating butter.

Addy, they'd better be replacing the tire since it's brand new!! There's warranty's on tires, right? I'm so not in the know on these things. I was on Rt. 78 on Saturday for a little bit. And then Rt. 31. A friend from work lives out that way, and I was going to her house. I always say she lives out in E. Bumf*ck. She just rolls her eyes at me.

Shamey it's my Thursday too, but then, I've been off all week.

And I don't care, Deet. Your sleep count is off. Yes, Friday is the week END, but it's not the WEEKEND. MWAH! Love ya!

Addy: No root canal for me, but still in dental and work hell all the same. For some reason, the brackets for the "minor orthodontics" keep popping off, necessitating unscheduled trips for hours of having my mouth stretched open unpleasantly. And work is just a bore, with the idjits zooming into the twelfth level of crazy.

I still haven't scheduled that other gum surgery. I don't want stitches!! And even though I'm numb, I'm awake, and I know EXACTLY when he's cutting and it freaks me out and almost gives me an anxiety attack.

Dtwo...stretching my mouth open for the dentist is the least of my worries...it's when he sticks it in my mouth and I gag that I hate. Seems I always need to spit many times when I am at the dentist. Sometimes he leaves me no choice but to swallow hwich upsets my stomach.
