At least the humidity has dropped somewhat. It's still floating around 100, but the humidity has dropped to about 20% (after being up over 50% for a couple of days!)
That's cruel weather, triple digits + humidity!
Not too bad here, just humid. Frizz alert!
I think I know what D2 is talking about. :)
Does it make me a bad queen for not caring enough to send a PM? I've never seen Gypsy and I don't particularly have any interest to. I do, however, like information. I'm torn.
What are my adults up to tonight?
If someone could take pity on a poor-overworked corporate lawyer, PM me.
Too much crap going on. I'm on a self-pity kick today.

BrotherQ was in Phoenix last week, and he said that one day it was 115 degrees with about 55% humidity - which honestly sounds like the very definition of HELL to me.
Don't think its not under consideration, Soapy!
*the cows in harry potter robes. Bring lemonade
Shira, the one good thing about being at work is that it has A/C.
I am supposed to go to Pasadena tonight for a PT appointment, and am so ready to cancel and avoid the heat and traffic!
After two terrible summers - cool and overcast most of the time - we are having the opposite this year: quite warm and sunny, which is fine during the day, but at night our apts. get warm and we have no a/c. I could not sleep last night.
Granted - quite hot for us is 85. If it hits 90 it's chaos.
We are being blown away by a nasty Winter wind.
*brings in a wii*
Ooh, tennis.
I got the new grand slam tennis for Wii. It is pretty darn cool!
You lucky duck, you.
I hate, loathe and despise The Ass, and I cannot wait until we're done.
Soon, Deet, soon.
Deep breaths. And a martini.
ETA: Holy crap! BWW time is fixed! For the moment.
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.

LOL, BWW Time. Talk about an alternate universe.
Okay, Q, lemme make sure I read that right. 115 degrees, 55% humidity? And people CHOOSE to live there? *sympathetically swoons of heatstroke*
Deet, darling. Martini?
Pop Chips. They soothe the soul.
"115 degrees, 55% humidity? And people CHOOSE to live there?"
How can that possibly be any worse than the often 90+ degrees/90% humidity we get in NYC during a typical summer? Another place where many people also choose to live?
You're right, Deet.
Sorry, Scottsdale people. I was rash.
