Funny how I just happened to log on right now. Shira, darling, I wouldn't have to brag if you didn't give me bragging rights.

Anyway, back to me. I was doing just fine making my Apple Confit for Thursday until J2 got home and made so many comments I spilled caramelized sugar onto a burner and started a small fire. Extinguished quickly, thank God.

My nephew is back from Iraq this month. I hope to see him, but he is in NC.

Yea, Happy Thanksgiving. We have the plague here, Mrs. Brd has a sinus infection and cough, etc. C14 will return to school tomorrow after 4 days in bed!

I got a dose of puppy cuddles tonight.

And we went to the diner, and once again, my sis-in-laws folks were there. Seems like they're the Mr. and Mrs. Mayor at this place. I went over to them before sitting down, then when the waiter came he's like "Ah, you've got an in with so and so."

Good morning!!! Today is my friday!! Too bad I am officially coming down with some type of cold! Blah

On a good note - I saw New Moon last night and lived to talk about it. Less than 30 people in the entire theater, no screams or fangirling! yay!! It was suprisingly not that bad.

The baby is wonderful Deet...right now..lol. She is starting to explore more. She is just the cutest. Her feeding bowls are about 6 feet from her crate....she eats a little and then runs into her crate...comes back out eats a bit more and runs back in her crate...it's just too cute!!! If any kibble falls out of her bowl she makes sure to eat that one before she resumes eating from the bowl. I like that...no food left on the floor.

Probably sometime next year - I'm sad and pathetic which means i will probably see it one or two more times while it is still in the theaters lol.
