Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

I've been up for a while, despite insomnia during the night, to wait for the cable guy, the appliance guy and the contractor's guys. What a thrill.
Q, I think of you, too. I'm glad to hear that you're making decisions that are good for your lives.
I would love a beach weekend. *sigh*

I actually have no plans for the weekend. Hubby has graduation, etc at his school this weejkend and Moonchild is in a wedding. Leaves me time to get into trouble!

This weekend is just for me, too, but it involves a helluva lot of work and errands. So, it's really a just for my apartment weekend. But, I'm glad to have the time!

We're going to Chicago for the weekend to visit our friend -- the one who's dying from a brain tumor.

6AM conference call - optional but impossible to keep track of things if I am not on it.
And Q, thinking of you as well. I hope those demons are being kept far at bay.
No huge plans this weekend. I think a movie and some final move in with the magic bed/desk is planned.
There is at least one day of homework - but at least I can do it from home.

Good day adults!!! Getting a chance to break away from work for a change. For a bit.
Happy for the three day weekend, three day work week followed by a 9-day road trip to Colorado for one of my best friend's wedding.
Tomorrow we close The Temperamentals. What a trip! I never, ever expected the reception the play is getting. So proud of this show, I wish I could share it with you all.
jS was in UT last weekend, so we haven't seen the Doctor Who finale, tomorrow morning can't come soon enough. It's been tough avoiding all the spoilers, but have managed thus far. Mostly.
Also on the list for the weekend: Star Trek.
Summer doesn't start here until mid-July. Today: mid-50s and rainy. That's Seattle for you.

Ha, congrats on getting the system that was scaring the crap out of me with tornado warnings in Texas a few days ago. (Traveling for work. Fun times.) Happy holiday weekend, all.

'Morning!
Bit of a bummer weekend here. We lost a dear friend on Sunday morning - very sudden. Her husband was out of the country at a medical conference and couldn't get back until last night. She took care of the Moonchild (and me!) when I went back to work after maternity leave. She and her wonderful husband were designated as Moonchild's legal guardians, should anything have happened to us. In truth, she was a better mother than I ever could have hoped to become.
In opther news, tonight is Baccalaureate here. I;m busy stuffing diplomas in the covers this morning, then setting up for the receptiion later. Now if the skies would just clear.....

I've had another week of mother/brother drama but it is getting to be like second nature at this point. Otherwise a low key weekend, recovering from the past month. Lots of tea and books.
