The discussion was that a priest at my parish did a whole sermon based on the movie. I have no idea what point he was tryimng to make because I was so focused on the food that the brothers in the movie were making for their last big meal before the restaurant closed. SOMMS was saying that it's quite good and has a great cast.
DON'T YOU EVER READ BACK??
LOL! Deet would swear I'm the Queen of reading back. I was being lazy.

Got the flu shot in November, and still spared. Hoping I don't get that weaker, non-covered strain. That norovirus is hitting pretty hard around here, lots of sick friends, and a company breakfast tomorrow was cancelled because 3 folks are out. (when the office is only 16 people, that makes a difference.)
So excited to see BoM tomorrow!
Off to an interview at Social Services for some freelance work that has the potential to turn into a full time position. Please send some good framily vibes my way.

Off to the first workshop of the day. I'll pray for you, Brd!
I passed out cold on the couch at around 6:30pm last night. Next thing I know I'm waking up in bed to my alarm at 6:45am. I have no memory of getting up around 10, responding to an email and a few texts, shutting off all the lights and getting into bed.
Insomnia..... kiss my butt.
Hi everyone. I trust you are all getting over the bug and feeling better.
I thought some of you might be interested in reading this piece on Charles' musical which opens next week in Norfolk. Pictured is Curtis Holbrook, who plays the Frog. Stephanie Rothenberg, late of ROMAN HOLIDAY and HOW TO SUCCEED... (opposite Daniel Radcliffe and Nick Jonas) plays the princess. We'll see what happens.
I went to a screening of GIGI last night at the Chelsea Clearview Cinema. Did I know it was hosted by Hedda Lettuce? No. She was so damn funny. Had a fun time with the group I was with. The film was fab as always and on the big screen yummy.
Have a great weekend all.

Is that a British mirage I see? Is my own personal goddess in the house?
SHAMEY!!!!!!
e-mail responses? postings?
I guess Pinky's resolution was to become more communicative! lol :)
Hello, Goddess!
LOL! Tinkerbell, if I were the type to make resolutions, that would definitely be one of them.
How goes it?
It goes. It's Friday. How's jolly ol' England?
Cold and rainy. We're expecting snow this weekend. No idea how much, but I hope it's enough to cover up the swamp that used be our garden (backyard).
Oh, and Les Mis finally opened today, so we're going to see it on Sunday afternoon. YAY!
Edit: Because I forgot what day it is.
It's cold and about to be rainy here too!!!! But no snow in the forecast for awhile, thankfully.
I still need to see that. I'm so horrible with movie viewing, though I should get credit since I did actually go to a theater to see it, it was just sold out.
I wasn't expecting it to be so popular here, but we could only get decent seats for the Sunday afternoon showing.
I didn't expect it to be so popular at 11:50am on Christmas morning either, but apparently people love a good tragedy.
Ok, time to get ready for Friday night badminton. We really walk on the wild side over here.
But, it's part of the health kick we've been thinking about getting on since May. LOL!
Have a great weekend!
Ahhhh, I am having the best visual right now!!!!! :) Have fun!!!

Saturday at the office catching up! Dinner with family before C19 leaves! More tears expected from Mrs. Brd.
Loved BoM, though the guy playing Elder Price seemed to be holding back a little. The choreography and staging was just stunning. Hopefully I'll have a chance next week to play the lottery, I really want to see it again.
Less than two weeks until vacation. Can't wait!

Seen BoM twice here! LOVED IT! So much energy and talent on the stage!
Morning peeps! New windows are all in! Now hopefully this weather will hold on until my new siding is up. ETA is Jan. 21st. We'll see.
I hope all are doing well. XO
Hallo, kiddles!!
Has the party started?? Where's the cake? Where's the balloons? Where's the party favors? Where's the booze?
