Speaking of researching, I only found out today the Ritz in Paris has been closed since August for renovations and doesn't reopen until 2014. I've been on the Bar Hemingway page several times since the spring and nothing -- I went this morning to check a few things about the pricing of the drinks (exorbitant as I recall) and voila! There it was: the bar closed in April, the hotel in August! Hmmm. REWRITE.

Yeah, by the time this sees any kind of staging...

It's kind of fun, though, to rethink a few things anyway.

Hope you feel better soon, YWiW. I still have a slight cough, but the congestion in my ears has pretty much gone away and most of my hearing has returned (except for certain things J2 says...)

Same here. First day back at work, though I came in an hour late and will leave early. I think hubby may be coming down with it now, though. By the way - don't eat the cows' cake - Harris has the flu.

It is finally warming up here. It was down to the 30's at night, which is cold by our standards.

30's aren't too bad. I think I've worn my coat twice this season and one of the times was for Deet's soiree.

Yesterday my friend in CA posted a youtube of clips of the CA newcasts regarding the cold. Her friends/family in CO, MI, PA and here really had a field day with the comments.
