G'morning.

Interesting evening last night. Had drinks with one of my former students, one of the brightest I've ever had. He lasted barely a year in the industry before bailing -- absolutely hated it. I have to admire him for realizing it and getting out before wasting years trying to make it work and being miserable, but damn, he's talented.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Hope you don't go back to court anytime soon, Boobs - for ANY reason!

Good thing today is a day of fasting. I ate and drank way too much yesterday. I'm pretty sure I used up my calorie alottment for the next week and a half. I actually cannot face another piece of King Cake EVER.

Or until next year, whichever comes first.

I didn't have my turkey leftovers last night.

I had a dentist appt, then had to stop at my cousin's to pick up something. She wasn't supposed to be home, and I could've been in and out real quick. But, she didn't go to dinner as planned, so I got stuck there longer than I expected, since she just got back from CA and I had to hear "just one more thing". I wound up just having cereal. I'm really craving a nice fish dinner.

I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

How many accounts is one person allowed to have?

I had pancakes last night that I picked up from a place on my way home. They were cold by the time I got to eat them (but, leaving the office at 10pm doesn't leave too many options).

I have been suffering from a nasty little head cold on top of everything, so I was couch ridden last night, watching silly movies with Dad which was kinda nice. Very morbid reasons why he is here, but it was nice having a parent taking care of me while sick for the first time since I was like 14. Arthur Christmas - adorable little movie. And we are caught up on The Following.... awesome show!!

Antibiotics have kicked in so I'm feeling a bit better, but work has exploded and I'm trying to get everything taken care of before I am out of office for rest of week. Never a dull moment.

Buenos Dias DAME - RE: My HD -- I brought it into work so a friend in the IT department could take a look at it. He plugged it into his laptop to see if it he could access any of the files and he was unable to. He said there may be some bad sectors and he felt the drive and the files were probably corrupted...which means they're gone.

But I'm not giving up hope and I will now be getting in contact with some referrals.

Doesn't hurt to get a second opinion.

I wish I'd stayed home today.

I am so sorry Carlos. That sucks. How does a HD all of a sudden get bad sectors? I just don't understand these things. By the way one of the carpet cleaning guys is really cute. His boss looks like Tevye and the assistant is a cute 16 years old. I don't think any of them are related.

Y'know DAME I have no idea. I didn't drop the thing. I just fired up my laptop and then plugged the HD into the USB port and the laptop wasn't recognizing it and was asking me to format it. This is where technology frustrates me.

*sigh* these past two weeks have been extremely TRYING.

@Dottie: Yes, I am sooo irritable today. My morning commute was hellish. I wanted to smack everyone and everything that got in my way...I woke up in a lousy space.

I will let you know what cast recordings I will want to replace. Look out for your PM's later today.

@DAME...hmmm you better behave or else that guy will be doing more than shampooing a carpet...LMAO!!!
