Ok, it was a good thing I popped the returns in the big outgoing mail bin here at work and NOT a U.S. Postal mailbox:

I FORGOT TO HAVE HUBBY SIGN THE DAMN FORMS.

My brother, the financial wiz, says he'd rather have his money throughout the year than give it to the IRS to have all year. He'd rather pay at the end. I had to pay one year and after writing that check, went into work the next and changed my withholding info. I don't get major bucks back, but it's good enough.

I consider it a savings plan that I wouldn't be able to manage on my own. My refund pays off all my credit card debt each year and let's me take trips to Thailand. If I depended on myself to save during the year I'd be in credit card hell and be taking day trips to Jersey City -- not that there's anything wrong with Jersey City -- it's just not Thailand.

I agree with SOMMS...I'd rather them take more out my pay check each month, but get back a nice refund. This year I claimed 2 Thai bois as deductions.
