Thanks Moony, now you got me hungry. I think I am having chicken soup tonight...I love that on a cold night. Perhaps a nice fire in the fireplace for Joop and me. Time to roll up on the couch.

I met David Mamet tonight. I didn't gush, I was too busy trying to figure out how to make his son stop destroying everything (Oh, Asperger's, how it frustrates.)

Tomorrow I have 3-5 year olds. I'll be getting a good night's sleep!

ok... so... maybe he DOESN'T have a gf? i dunno. except that he invited me for a drink tonight (as opposed to when i invited him on friday) and we talked for hours again. and i really have no clue.

Morning all!

It's a glorious day!!! I'm standing on two feet!!!! :) Granted I move a hell of a lot faster on the crutches the limping, but it doesnt matter......FREEDOM!!!! for the moment at least. I need to start working it out, but keep the crutches for any far distance stuff or days where I am going to have to be standing a lot. I am not lying when I say I teared up when I made my first few steps sans crutches. lol

BTW LS, your girl's work email is having problems. She can't send anything out...it all keeps coming back. Just so you know if you don't hear from her. I guess she emails me from a different computer.

Q, I slept late this morning and I feel great!

Tink - congrats! C11 had a foot brace for 6 weeks and he is happy to be running again.

It is warmer here today - about 37 degrees.

I have lost about 4 lbs. for the year! It's a start!

Mooney - very funny. I weighed in on 1/4 at the highest in about 5 years - very disturbing!

The girls have finals next week - they are sick of me hounding them, but they seem to be stepping up to the plate this semester!

My cellmate just readjusted a piece of paper. It was off center about 1/4 of an inch, from the rest of the stack on her desk.

We had semester exams before Christmas. It gives the girls a truly free Christmas break.

I had put on a few pounds over the break, but this past weekend really put me over the top. Totally worth it, though.
