DD - the only thing I can think is that they charge more because they don't think it will be done as much - which sounds counter-productive! I'd definitely let her know so she can investigate.

Good morning!

For some crazy reason I wasn't able to sleep this morning. I was WIDE AWAKE at 4:45am. And I didn't get to bed until 1am, because I had to unwind after getting home from work so late... I think my body has just given up all pretense of having a normal routine after so many weeks of insanity.

We have a 'half day' today at the office. My fingers are crossed I'm actually able to get out to enjoy maybe an hour or two of sunshine and fresh air! It's sorely needed...

The sunshine is pouring in the windows, and the air feels wonderful. I know it's going to be a wonderful day!

I'm heading out of town tomorrow, so am looking forward to an afternoon in the city... (and NOT in the office!)

I just read this:

Kelsey Grammer, 55, and his third wife, Camille, are splitting.
The divorce petition was just filed by Camille's lawyer and cites "irreconcilable differences," reports TMZ. Grammer's rep confirms to us that papers have been filed by the actor's wife.
Camille, 41, who is said to be part of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two children - daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5. The former Playboy model and Grammer married in August 1997.

Morning all!

So I finally found out more about my new job function and it has to possibility for serious awesomeness. I am pretty much the liason for our new head guy since he primarily works out of UK office and has been tasked with restructuring this office. So in that, I have a role in that goal myself. I get to talk to, sit in meetings with, etc all the new powers that be, that beforehand I never go to see or really talk to. If the restructuring does go well and we start going back to the green side as a company, this can have a good future for me! :) But we shall see how it all works out.

Then my uncle called me to offer me a free 4 days stay at his timeshare in Orlando later this year.

So do I, trust me.

My huge contract negotiations going back from November of last year are finally done, and the contracts are signed, sealed and delivered. So, now, I have a wee bit of time. My family is in town for our annual 4th of July extravaganza, but they should all be gone by Monday, so I get a couple of days to play.
