I never infringe on another's boy!
WOW!
Marc Shaiman on MEMPHIS:
"Having now heard and seen the unison choreography of that 'Beat' song/finale from MEMPHIS, well, let's just say I guess Scott & I and Jerry Mitchell should be sincerely flattered. Really sincerely flattered. Like, wildly sincerely flattered. Like, court of law/injunction/cease & desist sincerely flattered."
Shira, what were we saying last night?
"I'm glad to see that the ensemble of Hairspray is doing well."

Oh George.
ETA: Shouldn't you be collaborating with someone right now? Hmmm?
How nice you had the same observation, I simply don't give a damn about the time so you can feel a sense of superiority.
Boobs - when it comes to Matt, I would make an exception for you and the Tinman! But I fear he would never come back in one piece.
Olive garden - soup/salad/breadstick lunch combo - lethal. I think I shall go nap for 4 hours.

Tink - the TinMan has been as close as he ever needs to be to Matty Fresh.
For the sake of his heart.
Q - :)
Methinks Angry Pirate is a friend who used to be very welcome here.
And still is.
Happy Monday Adults. I gave up on watching the Tonys, because I hate tape delays of live events.
Off to do some errands on a day of (after already doing a couple hours of work)!
Methinks methought Angry Pirate was someone else. Whoyouthinks, Addy?
Tinky, I would never take your man away from you sweetie. As a matter of fact when he was singing last night "all I need now is the girl" I yelled out to him....silly she is waiting in NJ for you...wedding gown and all! Seriously, all I want to do is give Matt a hug and a peck on the cheek. I truly respect him as a performer after seeing him in "Light in the Piazza"
I respected him a hell of a lot more in South Pacific.
I'm all for welcoming newcomers, but I've never been very good at the "guess who I used to be" game. Someone can fill me in later.
Methinks AngryPirate is someone who I miss seeing around these parts...
I'm looking forward to Matt's return to "South Pacific" for the PBS broadcast! And, I adored him in "Light in the Piazza"!

"a peck on the cheek"
As Moony might say, "That's code for something, isn't it?"
hahaha, oh Boobs, i love you so much! :) And it is true - I could have the wedding underway in less than 24 hours. Only think would be waiting on my Floridian peeps to make their way here.
I dunno, i don't play guessing games, so AngryPirate who are you?
Well goodness gracious, now that I know, I figured someone was entertaining a sockpuppet, as it's all too common! My apologies, Mssr. Angry Pirate. And the thing is, I'm not normally that bitchy, either.
Oh, Deet, what was that about getting me a shovel?

Are you serious?!? I had only heard about Kelli - this would send me over the moon!
Given the entrance, the insightful knowledge and comments on many things Broadway, (especially Hairspray), methinks AngryPirate is someone who used to have ALOT of FUN around these parts.
In fact, I'm quite sure of it.
And, he's been missed.

Q, there's a chance!
...and partly why I have two tickets for that evening's performance.

Hey team,
It's ckeaton. The post Tony chatter has brought me back around, and reading through some posts, and seeing the old names was like settling into a hot tub with a glass of Veuve.
I figured I should be more anonymous than I was as a foolish youth as I reintroduce myself to the community.
Love to all!
