Ah, the gentleman who can install A/C's is on his way. For $40, someone else can do it for me. I have to have the screen reset or something, I think.

More importantly, my mother is in town, and she'll likely scan the windows and wonder whether or not she should call the alarm company to protect me. 'Just in case'.

The air conditioner works beautifully. He installed it veru nciely. However, the dedicated circuit power thingy for the A/C does NOT work. So that's all fun now.
