Gee, what was really in that mac and cheese?
I don't KNOW what makes it so good.
What restaurant was that Shira? What are some of their other specialties beside Mac and cheese?
Oh yeh - hello everyone - had to go to a high school cabaret performance tonight that was not that good...high school girls trying to sing Popular, Rent Medley, etc. My granddaughter and friends sang It's a Whole New World...at least she could sing.
Oh, high school cabarets.
The restaurant is 44 & X. And I don't know their other specialties, but everything I've had is delicious.

I definitely will try it out my next trip to NY which is only a little more than a month away.
*the cows skate in with late night milkshakes *
Ooh, thanks harris. I love virtual, non-caloric milkshakes!
Bwaddy -- excellent choice!
A milkshake sure sounds good. Can you make it without calories?
Hey, all!!!
I just bought tickets for GREY GARDENS for Tony Sunday. This will be Little Sir's first visit. I'm listening to it right now and it's making me cry.
I'm envious. Wish I could be there Tony Sunday. Damn work.
One Tony Sunday we're goin' to THE TONYS together, right, Baddy???? (I was SO tempted to go THIS year, but I am very faithful and would never break a vow!)
You're the best Miss P. Hopefully next year. (keeps fingers crossed)
Miss P - I've said before, I'll say it agian. You're fantastic!
MOI? Whatever are you talking about, Gracie?????
I mean it! You rock! *heartsmiley*
Oh, you mean because I'm taking my 5-year-old son to see GREY GARDENS???
Some would think I'm a tad eccentric/obsessive.
Because you care enough to take you son to the theatre. And for all the wonderful things you do. That's all!

I hope that he enjoys it, I took C9 to PQ and he was bored. We had seen dozens of shows, but that afternoon he was tired and crabby.

Thank you, Gracie. You are entirely too kind to me. *HUGE HUG*
Brd, I wouldn't take my kids to see PQ. I liked it, but I don't think it's a show that is engaging at all for children. I think he'll like GG though...he already loves the music and goes around reciting lines from the show at random!!! (But then again, I thought he'd like MAME...if it weren't for the Hershey bar I had in my purse, disaster would have struck!)
Oh, Miss P. This is all so that I can get a monkey robe! *HUGE HUGS BACK*

No matter what the show, I always have a discreet snack ready!
I like the code word: discreet.
My dad once brought popcorn into Evita. Needless to say, he is now banned from attending theatre with me.

Shira, in Chicago we buy it in the lobby. The kids have to take it out of the package.
Popcorn? Or a general snack?
ohhh snack
