Morning all - In agreement about that breakfast. It looked like egg soup to me and that is not appetizing. I just had cereal and a peach...much better.

Yes....soft boiled eggs. At least this place cracks them open for you and puts them in a bowl. Last year the place we had them put them in a bowl of boiling water for you and you waited and cracked them open yourself. How long do you wait was my question.
Most people just gulp them down.

Add me to the 'ew' crowd then. I don't mind a runny yolk but those whites just gotta be fully cooked for me.

My grandpa used to eat a raw egg every morning for breakfast. I'll never know how he got that thing down!

I hope you all appreciate that we are heat wusses in Seattle. We hardly ever get above 90, and I don't think we've ever hit the 100 mark threatened for tomorrow. Much less in July... August is our warm month. Thankfully it's not east coast muggy here.
