Looking at a townhouse tonight - I am getting a look before it actually gets listed on MLS because I know the agent.

I am trying to move from a condo to a townhouse - thank goodness I have so much equity in my place, or it would never happen!

Yep - in the same area I live in now.

It is about 1600 square feet in a gated community with 24 hour security.

It has a lake, a pool and tennis courts.

Association fees are not that cheap, but for a single gal, it probably is safer than buying a house - and a bit more social.

VERY dark - but I have to admit that I enjoyed it a lot. I would never recommend it to small children though. There were a few in the sold out house and they were vocally scared. One mom ended up taking her little ones out of there early.
