Having observed Miss Thing hounding a poor store clerk in French's about bootleg tapes - in her teen years! - I still don't buy the 'innocent' tag at all!

Shenanigans comes in many forms.

So I've heard.

Never experienced myself, of course, but I do like to consider myself 'well read'

YWIW, yes I do! And while I have fun, I don't have a desire to go dance 'til crazy hours and get drunk...at least not on a night before I have to get up in the morning.

Well, one of my New Year's resolutions will be to have a bit more shenanigans in 2009.

But for now, I have a very nasty work week ahead.

I have three, massive contracts, all that are being pushed to be completed by year end. I literally have three days of conference calls and video meetings to try and work things out.

At least I did not have to go to Cedar Rapids in the middle of December, which was the original plan.

Off to get ready to battle the evil corporate warlords tomorrow.

And Shira - I'm actually looking forward to it! Having lived in the Colorado high country, it's not like anything I haven't seen before. I even got new hiking boots so I can go traipsing about in the snow-covered woods!

The rest of them, of course, will be huddled around a fire back at the homestead.

That's ok, I'd rather be alone on my treks anyway!
