DG, that's a good thought. I've thought of the restaurant gift certificate. Maybe I'll get one for the place where he wanted the party held. I think they've only gone there a couple times, but he liked the place and wanted the party there.

Long story DD, but in a nut shell, RC's business trip is a bit longer than we thought, he'll be taking a red eye home from CA and will be landing at 9:30 tomorrow morning (instead of 10:00 tonight)
We have tickets in NY for tomorrow night and to make matters even happier he was going to be taking a week long vacation next week BUT that looks like it has been nixed. (ARRGH!)
