I'm actually trying to be good again about my caffeine intake... I'd gone down to a double latte a day, and now it's getting out of control again.

But I'm 3 months without smoking... so I'm not punishing myself too bad.

Fly-in Hello to the Adults. I am having MASSIVE computer problems at the moment and for a stupid technophobe like me, this is beyond frustrating. It is taking an age for things to load so I just wanted to leave a few cyber-hugs for everyone and jump out again.

DD - I LOVE the avatar. Funnily enough, your man was on BBC last night while I was channel-hopping. I think he's looking even better these days And IOU some words. Dont worry - they're on their way

And the rain is back! I was holed-up with a few books and dvd's most of the weekend. Shouldn't complain but it would have been good to have done the reading from a deckchair in the garden. Ah, well. Portugal beckons Friday week. It will be wonderful to see a bit of blue sky once more
