Girly, I'm sorry! it's a horribly long story, do you want to hear it? You can skip this if not.
A.) my cell phone has the worst service ever in my apartment. I didn't even get Boobs' phone call until pretty late in the evening.
B.) The Bf's brother and two cousins were in town this week. A few of them were supposed to be coming up to visit the apartment last night so we spent the day cleaning only to find out one of the cousins had gotten a little of the overextended sickness and had to cancel. So we ended up sitting on the couch!
It has hardly rained here all summer. It's bad for the vegetation, ya know.
It has been depressingly gloomy all day, but not a drop of rain...and only a couple of hours away from you.
It's been quite steady all day, except for maybe an hour or so.
Singer. bitch.bastard. Damn cell service you have!

It gets me out of lots of uncomfortable spots, too, Girly!
But, in all seriousness, I would have come if I could have managed it. It seems like there's always weekend after weekend with nothing planned, then an incredibly busy one all of a sudden.
I need a weekend with nothing planned soon...
Of course, after a couple of those I'll get all antsy and start planning again...
DD, it's impossible for you to do nothing!
I'll trade you a weekend or two, DD although it's less me having nothing to do and more me just not wanting to do it!
I'll take you up on that offer, bway.
I know, Ms. P. I know. *sigh* But now I have incentive to stay home...
Okay, it's not quite quittin' time, but close enough. Later, ya'll!
But even if you stay home, DD, you are incapable of doing "nothing"!!!
Bye, Shamey. Her mother called her home for dinner.
I want to go home. Going to see Paula Cole tonight.
So, you don't wish to perfect the art of nothingness?
Could not make myself go to the concert tonight... chillin' at home.
Aw, I'm sorry. Is it because I'm not there?
Vancouver's great, enjoying my host!!
*the cows bring lemonade for all*
Morning peeps !!! Coffee is on and there's oatmeal to warm you up on this fall like, wet morning.

Boobs just doesn't quite know how to market things like I do.

I'm so excited! Show Business has a DVD Release date!
"ShowBusiness: The Road to Broadway," the Dori Berinstein documentary film chronicling the 2003-2004 season will come to DVD this fall.
Genius Products and Liberation Entertainment present the film's DVD — with all-new special features — to be released Oct. 16.
"'ShowBusiness: The Road to Broadway'... follows the productions of four of Broadway's biggest shows during the 2003-2004 season [Wicked, Taboo, Avenue Q and Caroline, or Change]," according to notes. "Berinstein's backstage access grants viewers a rare behind-the-scenes view of the creative process — from casting call to curtain call — that captures all of the heartbreak and hilarity of opening a Broadway show."
Among the stage stars featured in the film are Rosie O'Donnell, Boy George, Euan Morton, Anika Noni Rose, Stephen Schwartz, John Tartaglia and Tony Award winners Kristin Chenoweth, Alan Cumming, Harvey Fierstein, Tony Kushner, John Lithgow, Bobby Lopez, Jeff Marx, Idina Menzel, Liza Minelli, Tonya Pinkins and George C.
