Polly - with the life you lead, how on EARTH did you fit in reading all of HALLOWS already?!?
May I assume you just never sleep?

Posted: 7/22/07 at 5:24pmno kidding, i have insomnia most of the time. of course, it never fails, i'll be tired during the day and then not able to sleep at night. go figure.

Well, at least you had something fun to do while you weren't sleeping! I love the book.
Oh, and 'hi' Soupy - I know we don't usually interact, but we seem to cross paths a lot

Hi all.
It is a gorgeous day here in SoCal.
HP is most likely awaiting for me at work - so hopefully I will get a chance this week to read it.
Just got finished with the home inspection - I guess I really am buying this place :)
This weekend has flown by!

YWIW - I'm so happy for you! This is a good move, really. And if you need help packing, I'm a master at it
I wish I could go outside
I'm not supposed to be in the sun if I don't have to be on this medication - which is NOT being very fun, by the way. It better like hell work!

DG - the fear of actually packing up all of my stuff is one of the big reasons I never wanted to move - it is such a pain. I have people at work scouting boxes for me - and now, I am in a holding pattern - until someone decides to buy my place.
I already have about 7 boxes of stuff stored in my mom's garage - apparently all of my "clutter" was not helpful to the presentation of my condo for sale.
And, if the medication works, than it is worth missing a few nice days in the sun!

YWIW - I know, but that doesn't mean I have to like it!
Can I have some cheeze to go with . . .
And I'm serious - I can pack like no one's business, so just let me know!

Posted: 7/22/07 at 5:45pmi'm with ywiw. i HATE packing. moving would be easy if it weren't for the packing :)

Hey, who knows, I may take you up on it.
I will supply the scotch.
And some cheese.
And maybe even some Thai delivery . . .
And show tunes.

I'm so sick of sleeping, but I can't read for long periods of time (I get nauseous these days), and I don't wanna watch TV, and there is NO way I'm cleaning my room.

Howdy all! Busy weekend... now I get to rest for a bit.
I LOVE packing. I'm a total freak about it.
Sorry you're not feeling well, shira. It'll pass soon.

DD - did you see the notice about the benefit performance of CHESS on Sept. 17th down here? Kevin Earley, Matt Morrison and Susan Egan are doing it - and they're looking for dancers . . .
I think we're going to go to it.
And Shira - I'm SHOCKED that you don't want to clean your room!

Hep - I'll resist the urge to whine and BITCH some more, and just say 'it's fine - really' - Hmmph!
I'm really NOT happy right now because I just had to bow out of our plans for the evening - just can't process this med well enough to be 'out-and-about' - and I'm missing a screening of one of the TinMan's short films - DOUBLE HMMPH

I just saw the announcement for the Chess Benefit. *sigh* I wish I would be here for it, but I guess I'll have to suffer living in NYC again.
