Sorry, I had gone out and I can't access BWW on my new phone - it doesn't recognize my password so I can't log in.
There really aren't any good dessert type places in the Theatre District, surprisingly. Mostly restaurants w/dessert menus, and hotels w/ restaurants/bars. Starbucks might be the best alternative. Usually J2 and I leave the area after seeing a show if we want to go out for a non-Starbucks dessert experience.
Here are all the Starbucks in the general vicinity of the Palace:

And when you have been walking 20 or so blocks in the bitter December cold..... you will not pass ANY of those! lol
Thanks gang. I think we'll just go to one of our usual spots.
I like Pigalle.
I'm thinking how far they go location wise, will depend on how tired one of them is.

Dessert at Pigalle, after the show, is always delightful. As is brunch before a show.

I usually head for Pigalle or Angus MacIndoe after a show.
I think it might be Pigalle.
Moony, we don't care to hear of your sexual exploits, thank you very much.

Yeah, but you're our moral compass. What will the cows think?

They live with Harris. I doubt they could be corrupted any more than they already are. there's a reason they produce lemonade, not milk.
Besides, those cows make Thai bois look like Mormons.
And, you're a Goddess, Moony! G-O-D-D-E-S-S!
LOL! Yeah, Tink and I managed to find the only 20 block stretch of Manhattan without a coffee shop of any kind. We did stumble upon a cool pub though.
I think my friend and I must've stumbled upon that same stretch. It was about 3:00 in the morning, and there was nothing open and no one around! We couldn't figure out what had happened to the 'city that never sleeps'!!

I made Chris walk about 80 blocks once at like 1:30 in the AM becasue I was convinced someplace with a bathroom HAD to be open on the next block. One block turned into 80. stupid boy lol.
And I would like to state the fact, that yes Pinky & I are naturally drawn to drinking establishments, I don't think either of us drank alcohol and we were at that bar for like 2 hours watching the game.
I made the mistake of walking down 10th from Lincoln Center to Hell's Kitchen one night at 2 in the morning. NOTHING open -- I've never walked so fast.
jS and I found the only neighborhood in the Seattle area with a 1/2-mile radius without a coffee shop of any kind. In a rain storm.
Isn't that the way it always is? It's like I found something the other day in my house and thought to myself "so that's where it's been" I left it where I found and now I need it and don't remember where I found it LOL
On another note, pondering an East Coast summer trip. I *know* - heat. I also know that I'm _sick_ of this weather we're having and want to time a trip to the beach with my sister. I've never been to NYC in August. Bad idea?
DD, it depends on what kind of an August we're having. Compared to Singapore they're like Spring
Can you arrange it so it's not too humid when I'm there? You *know* people, right?
I got your back, DD! No worries....come on out. We'll go to the beach down the Jersey shore.
No Snooky or Situation, please. (sad that I've never seen the show and know who they are.)
