NO! *runs and hides*
DD, that's exactly what I was thinking when I wrote it.
When will I learn not to waste my time and energy?

On what?
Oh, I got involved in a thread knowing full well that it was stupid and pointless before I hit Post.

Ah yes. I try to avoid that at all cost. I frequent the threads I know I'm safe in...or safer, at least.
You're safe here. I wouldn't tell on you. Well, unless you say you're going to have coffee with some 40-year-old man you met online. Then, I'm telling and smacking you in the head.
I should be sleeping, but I decided to re read the 2006 bww review thingy. It makes much more sense now.
Am I having deja vu?
hehe maybe!

I'm off to our Latin themed Christmas party. Three hour open bar and a hot and cold buffet.
Wexy, you had us at open bar.
Enjoy Wexy! In all seriousness though, as an events planner, I hope that they are providing transportation home for all. Three hours is two times too long from a safety/responsibility standpoint.
3-hour open bar? Is that a comment on the drinking habits of latin folk?
Really, SOMMS? Our office party is open bar, and it's usually 3 to 4 hours long.

Shameless, I've already done that! I just brought my mom...and you, for that matter!
LMAO! Oh yeah, DUHHHH!

SOMMS, we're all in Manhattan, everyone is training it home. Our flyer says "Please Drink Responsibly" and there will be tons of food. There have been a few drunken party incidents amongst our coworkers but luckilly not for a long time.
At my last job, they were sending out e-mails almost daily in the weeks leading up to the party about carpooling, taxi service numbers, local hotel listings, etc.

For prom, they had the elementary school kids write letters about drinking and driving, and then set them at each place setting. Cute!
When is the right time to tell a prospective employer that one has a 2 1/2 week vacation planned around the same time they are looking to hire you?
