LMAO..you kids are too funny lah.
I think my sons fear Girly more than their mother, especially when she has the WII remote in her hand and flings it at them
Shira...I think you'll have to mud wrestle Girly for the car, after my son that is.

Your son is underage for mud wrestling with me, Boobs.
Girly - you're ON! Will the groundhogs be reffing?

Posted: 6/23/08 at 12:43pmThe groundhogs are the water boys. Papa of course will be the ref on this one.

Okay kiddies..I gotta hit the hay lah. I would like to be up early enough to be ready to get a drive into work by my friend and neighbor which means I better have my ass in the carpark by 7:30 a.m. Now play nice girls...we all need to learn how to share. Although Shira..what have you done for me lately? Not only has Girly already mailed me a couple of packages from back home, but she checks on my house and keeps track of the groundhog count in my backyard.

#841adults writing the number 23 on the faces of passed out threadees
Posted: 6/23/08 at 1:19pmgirly - I just peeked in here a while back and the conversation was looking more like 'teens in love' than 'adults'. Does anybody remember how this thread got started? You actually had to be an adult to remember the things we talked about. I know Boobs remembers it!

Wow. Condescending much?
This thread has always been about friends coming together to talk about what was going on in their lives.

There, there, Shira. You'll be fine.
Mamie, I remember how the thread started. I was there in the beginning. I like going back and reminiscing once in a while, too. I thought the thread was a combo of kibitzing around with each other, talking about what's current in our lives, groping, etc. So some of us can come in here and talk about what's going on with ourselves and others can't? The "older" ones in the thread can talk about their romance hits/misses and whatever else, but the "younger" ones aren't allowed to? I'm really trying hard to understand here.

Good afternoon, everyone. I slept a bit late today.
After catching up, I still can't believe Shira hasn't seen Rocky Horror!

I'm going to campaign against the food industry in the meantime. Please use "white sugar" or "splenda" or some other artificial sweetener. This "evaporated organic brown rice syrup" and whatnot is killin' me!
Continue the argument at hand.

Morning/Afternoon Adults.
Even I can't believe Shira has not seen Rocky Horror - it seems like a no-brainer.
What I would have paid to see DG as Frankenfurter!

#848adults writing the number 23 on the faces of passed out threadees
Posted: 6/23/08 at 1:41pmThe whole site had become extremely youth oriented and this was a little place to come and get away from it all. This was one of the reasons it got its name. It's gradually changed since then so it's not really anything special for adults. So I guess I now look elsewhere for that. Sorry.
