deet - August/Sept show was canceled; South Pacific previews on the 18th, opens on the 19th.
And yes, middy, navigating the board is like swimming in molasses.
Not that I have ever been swimming in molasses.

Girly, I've been meaning to ask you about your avatar. Ducks?

Posted: 6/23/08 at 4:42pmYou see ducks? I see a smiley face. Kinda. Yeah, I do see ducks, too. That was the sky one morning walking into work a couple weeks ago.

After soaking and acetone, sticky is still there. I lined it with foil. But damn these things are messy.
Okay, I'm very tempted to go get an iced latte from Starbucks. But I don't want to leave the house. Today is a hermit day for me.

I have not had any coffee or caffeine in over three weeks.
It is not so bad after the first few days.
(no diet coke or tea either).

I tried quitting a while back, and the withdrawal was too much. Plus now there's proof that coffee is not that bad for you after all.

I was told that coffee specifically had a bad effect on joints. My herbalist did not say to cut out all caffeine, but the diet I started had no caffeine during the detox period, and I honestly have not had a desire for it since. But, I am sure there will be a morning when I just need that extra something...
I have been told to avoid Dairy and Coffee and Diet Cokes in general. But, I can see a big old iced tea in my future.
D2 - too bad you won't be in LA for the 4th - you could experience the Alexander Holiday Extravaganza - it is like small town America plopped itself in the middle of LA. Line dancing, ping pong, bubbles, beer and tons of food ... with a huge fire work show right across the street. It is quite the shin dig!
