I must say, the different threads of communication in here today are very amusing.
But, this is my favorite statement so far:
"the stregnth that it took to life my wine glass last night was exhausting"

Oh Shira, you know I love you.
Yeah, I like that one too, DG. But I must also give Moony props for calling me Sgamey.
Oh, and Deet is already promised to me, should he ever switch teams.
i thought that was a subtle hint, shames. *sniff*
Ouch! Yeah, I thought of that too, but I smell GREAT. You know that.

"already promised to me, should he ever switch teams."
I have one of those on the board . . .
Oh, so now it's my fault, Moony?

Oh dear. What's up, Sunshine?
What's up ms addy?
Will this help, Addy?
...just work.
And wondering how my clear message to my team that the project which is due to the client on Monday, which we are FAR from having completed, results in people going out for a two hour lunch today, two people asking me for Friday off, three telling me they have to leave early... While I work until after midnight...
Work ethic. Wondering what happened to it.

Hope she doesn't throw those cherries at us.
That helps.
So did just getting that off my chest.
I feel all better.

That's what we're here for. That and the drinks.

Addy - quite honestly, that's why I ultimately had to leave the everyday workforce. Too many years of trying to compensate for . . . well, many things.
That being said, am I the only one who wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of Addy's focussed 'energy' - especially when she's got all the truth backing her up?
I'll pass
You're not the only one, DG.
But I'd like to watch.
They know when they've crossed a line.
Gentle but firm. The point has been made.

And I'll bet done with great style.
