Working...my boss is out of the office today...and there is only so much I can do until he gets back in and handles some of HIS in-box.

So, I'm running reports, doing payroll, and playing on the internet. :o)

And, because of the bagel comments I'm now craving one. An everything with garlic & herb cream cheese. (That oughta keep EVERYONE out of my office this a.m.!)

What was wrong with your cake? Dry? Crumbly? Bad taste?

RobbO, yes I have made ice cream cakes in the past (with homemade ice cream no less).

Beacon, the flavor was good, but the texture was dry and crumbly. I was surprised because there was sour cream in the batter. I like trying new recipes from time to time, but in this case, I should have stuck with my tried and true chocolate cake recipe.
