Here is photo I took of a meal we had in France, prepared by a lovely woman from Spain (we were very close to the border). It was the best paella I ever ate. And the most amusing thing was that the rice she used was Uncle Ben's!

That makes two of us... sleep was elusive last night, so I'm rather sluggish this morning.
I'm on my second cup of coffee. Which is unheard of, for me. I went for a nice long walk, which helped.
