Hi Tink and Girly!
Hey, Shamey. Sorry you're not feeling well.

Sorry, I guess I was too focused on the dessert bar.
Yeah, I don't think Maria was checking out your feet.
Thanks, Girly, it's not so bad. It's more annoying than anything else.
I don't think my ballet mom should be checking me out.
**waves at shamey** Hi there!
girly - I always check either 1010wins.com or another like site before I leave work each day. Any time I don't, never fail, I'll sit in traffic because of some strange freak 92 car pile up, lol!
Rath, I wouldn't worry unless she starts trying to apply unnecessary safety pins.
SHAMEY
how was nyc?
*the cows gather around for storytime
Harris, I've got stories that would make those cows blush! Just kidding.
Well, I'll start by saying that it was FREAKIN' COLD!!!
But, I had a fantastic time despite a really rocky start. My flight got delayed 4 ½ hours and I missed dinner with two very special friends, not to mention, my first date with one of those friends.
However, once I finally made it into the City, it was smooth sailing. I got to spend lots quality time and fall even more in love with some of our peeps. And, I was treated to a couple of very cool introductions that were long overdue. Right, Miss Penny?
To make a long story short, as usual, I felt right at home and I can't wait to go back, but I will wait until it warms up a bit.
Of course, there's never enough time and I would've liked to have seen some more of the BWW gang, but there's always next time.
I want to meet BWWr's! =( I don't bite I promise...well only on occasion!

Shamey - glad you had a good time. What shows did you see?
Hi DG!
I was supposed to see Grey Gardens with Boobs, but I missed it. Luckily, Rath was there to save the day. That Be-yotch!
I saw The Vertical Hour on Sunday afternoon. I really enjoyed it. Great cast. Then Rath and I went to see the last performance of the The Little Dog Laughed.
I have to say, Julie White was phenomenal. Like, off the charts fantastic. Her performance was, by far, the best I've ever seen. I didn't think it was possible, but Rath didn't hype her enough. I'm so glad I got to see her. Btw, thanks again, Homey!
Avs don't lie.
awwwww sounds like fun
Rath, don't know if you read ATC, but I know Boobs doesn't. Saw this posted there the other day, and meant to tell you guys.
Someone asked if anyone had seen Priscilla and this was in response:
"I saw it back in October. Went in with some trepidation as I hated the film, but was completely won over by the show.
The storyline is exactly the same as the film, but with the misogyny removed and a real sense of fun added. The music is all pre-existing songs - which makes perfect sense in a drag queen world - and worked into the narrative cleverly ('I Love The Nightlife' becomes a comedy number, 'Pop Music' backs the ping pong scene and there's a very touching moment with 'Both Sides Now'). In the "show numbers" the three drag queens lip-synch to a chorus of onstage (female) divas but in the "character moments" they sing their own songs. The costumes, not surprisingly - are truly spectacular and Tony Sheldon as Bernadette absolutely owns the show (plus there's one particular chorus boy who is sizzlin' hot).
The show had a troublesome bump-in period (the onstage bus had a mind of its own) so many previews were cancelled and it went before the critics a little too early, leading to some tepid reviews. However, the audience I saw it with went wild and I believe it has had great word of mouth.
I have heard (unofficially) that a London production is a go."

Wow, they hated the movie? I don't think I've ever heard anyone say THAT!
Oh, and 'hi' Girly
ice tea for all
Oh, and I hope she doesn’t mind me mentioning it, but I also got to see my Homegirl face her fears and dance, for the first time, in front of an audience. She was a little nervous, but the joy of performing still came through. It was very exciting. There’s something special about watching somebody you care about doing what they love. I got to see a different side of her and a new energy. I was so proud because it was something completely new to her and she just went for it, like the bad ass that she is!
It was a cool experience. Hopefully, I’ll get to do it again soon.
you saw what????????????????????????
um tell me did you smoke crack while you were there ?
Hiya, DG! Busy today, checking in when I can. I've only seen the movie once, but I liked it. Need to watch it again.

I just got an email apology from JetBlue. I would've preferred a ticket voucher.
Wow. They suck!
Wow... shamey, girly and rath are back!
Wow... funny how JetBlue went from being the poster child of economy airline with great perks to evil incarnate. All over one bad weather day.
I know. It was a letter from the CEO telling me how sorry and embarrassed he was. Well, try to make it up to me then, you tool!
Edit: Hi DD!
The least they could do is send you a tiny bag of Terra Chips!
