i'm waiting to hear back about a firm surgery date - the surgeon said it will be a few weeks but they might try to "squeeze me in."

Awwww....yes we are soul sisters. I had a busy weekend and didn't spend much time around here. It's nice to be able to do other things then just stay in and sit by the puter...especially when it's nice outside. Hoping to do the same this weekend..maybe going for a nice bike ride if the weather stays cool. I have a nice trail by me..The Henry Hudson trail is a dedicated bike path over an abandoned railroad track, running east-west from the northern end of Atlantic Highlands to Keyport. It parallels Route 36, but traverses woods and marshes, passing over a number of small wooden bridges.
The path is approximately ten miles, one way.
