Dear Q/DG/DGrant and any of your other pseudonyms,

Let me recap. YWIW's new cat has gorgeous blue eyes and currently the name "Sinatra." YOU does not want to keep the name "Sinatra." This was the same day that I started the thread about Paul Newman who also has gorgeous blue eyes...and whom YWIW (and you and I) adore. So I said, "Maybe you can name him something Paul Newman-related." And thus the quest began.

Don't tell YOU this, but I keep bringing up Sidney J. Mussburger because I think it's FUNNY. It's a GAG, "Q"! A "GAG"!

Sidney J. Mussburger is the character Paul Newman played in The Hudsucker Proxy, BTW. I would expect that any self-respecting afficionado of Paul Newman would KNOW that!

Shira's in CA.
YWIW has adopted an adorable kitty and names are being bandied about, fought over, etc.
I won Jonas Brothers tickets on the radio yesterday morning.
Deet and Somms are being their usual handsome selves.
I have a feeling we scared Mr. Kansas away.
I think Moony is still surrounded by boxes from the office move.
DD might still be out riding his bike.

Somms, that is actually kind of cute, alas, I would always be reminded that he was a proxy for the cat I lost, so that would make me sad.

I could call him peroxie, because he is so white, but so was Zorra as a kitten, and her "roots" came in to show a cat of a different color.

Shamey, Girly forgot to mention that all day and night yesterday, I had a migraine the size of Greenland, which was induced by Deet-withdrawal and a lack of fluids of the sparkling, French, alcoholic variety.

Also, I am lobbying for YWIW's cat to be named Sidney J. Mussburger and Gettinhep wants Henry Gondorff.

YWIW's not bitin'.

Miss P., I was just coming back to mention the migraines going around the thread yesterday. And how the reason for them was that not enough Champagne was consumed. I then mentioned, Shamey, that I drank Champagne Friday night and woke up with a headache. I was then told I wasn't drinking the right kind or something like that. Go figure.

I can certainly sympathize with the Deet withdrawal.

I'm having major withdrawal caused by missing all my Peeps, including a few that I very regretfully didn't get a chance to see this time around.
