Good morning, all! Great weekend - sad to see it end. Very busy week here since we will be closed next Monday and Tuesday. So much to do, so few days. Throw in an ice storm or two and we'd be in deep trouble!

How was the BFF, Moony?

BFF was in her prime and loving every minute of it! I swear she soaks up the applause and cheers. Some guy yelled out "You're a national treasure!" She didn't disagree. Many, many standing o's throughout the performance and when the cutain finally came down, she was leaning over, under the falling curtain waving to the crowd. I loved it.
Yea..she's not one that likes attention.
I'd like to see what she could do with a new role in a new show. And I have just the property...
But BritGuy wouldn't approve.
BritGuy not a fan?
Hey I just bought a Harvest Cash Cow bank from the Singapore mint, don't ask, but anyway I named her Caroline. She now sits on my desk for all to feed. Hey I need $$$ for airfare.
Not at all.
ETA: Answer to both Boobs and SOMMS. Tom Hewitt is playing you, SOMMS.
How about bagels, Boobs. Do you still need bagels?
YES Dtwo...I still need bagels. I was bringing them back, but then my friend stacked my freezer with her vegan food and well no room for bagles. Is there a place online that delivers to Asia?
Mornin' All!
Hey BB! How was Cinderelli?
Perhaps, Boobs, perhaps...
*hugs LS*
Cinderella was wonderful. Theater wasn't full though. Doesn't seem that Singaporeans get it...they hardly clap. One woman, older than me, on the way out said "that had some pretty songs"...I couldn't believe that it was actually someones first time hearing that score. Here I am am walking out singing "Ten Minutes Ago" as the orchestra played on. The score seemed like it was written for Lea Salonga's voice. BEAUTIFUL !!!
Everything I've ever heard the woman sing seemed like it was written for her voice. She's just amazing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Of course my friend and me sat there thinking how cheesy the show is, but it was cute and brought back childhood memories. I remember waiting every year for it to come on television with Lesley Ann Warren. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Morning, all!

Lea does have a gorgeous voice. A local theatre is doing Saigon, I need to see it.
Crappy Monday indeed. My back is sore from shoveling tons of snow and working a fund raiser mopping floors until the wee hour of the morn.

Hello - looking around at the current and upcoming weather many of you are dealing with, I'm very happy to be here, even with the wind.
Should be...not so fun, Q. Fortunately, I look cute in hats.

Shira - just make sure you have appropriate footwear!
This was ever in doubt?
Speaking of Doubt, I saw the movie this weekend - LOVED it! I didn't care for the play, although I didn't see Cherry Jones in it. I still think there's a problem with the material when it depends so entirely on the performances, but with performances such as Streep's, Hoffmann's and Adams', who cares?

Q, our weather really sucks. We shoveled all weekend and there is more on the way. The side streets suck and parking is a nightmare on my street.
